Auditions are being held for the Cité des Arts production of We All Do, written and directed by Cite's very own program director, Jarin Schexnider. We All Do is a microscopic and experimental look at the world we exist in, taking non-human creatures/items and exploring what happens if they are given human emotions: Does a trashcan love his trash? Are Hybrid cars embarrassed about being Hybrids? Does the flower hate the bee that plays the entire field of flowers? If these questions intrigue you, regardless of acting experience, then this is the project for you.
Looking to cast 6 ensemble roles—3 males, 3 females. No age requirements. Each actor will play multiple parts. Movement experience (or willingness) is a plus. The play will run August 20th-21st, 27th-28th at 7:30pm.
Auditions will be held Saturday July, 17th starting at 2:00pm and Sunday July 18th starting at 4:00pm. If interested, please contact Cité des Arts at (337) 291-1122.
