Theatre--Auditions

Ralphie and the Red Ryder BB gun are set to appear on stage at the Duchamp Opera House the first three weekends of December when the Evangeline Players present A Christmas Story. Director Vincent P. Barras will hold open auditions for all roles on Saturday, September 26th at 1 PM and Monday, September 28th at 6:30 PM. All roles are open. The show needs 2 adult men, 2 adult women, 6 children ( 3 boys and 3 girls) to play ages 9 to 11, one boy to play age 5 or 6 and one boy to play age 12 to 14.

This is a Christmas classic and the script is very similar to the TV film.
