Theatre--Auditions

Auditions will be held on Sunday, January 17th from 3:00 to 5:00 pm, and Monday, January 18th from 6 to 7:30 pm at Cite Des Arts in downtown Lafayette for the production of The Lawyer Who Stopped Talking, an original comedy written by Jim Phillips and directed by Christy Leichty.


Cast needed for the principal roles:
     4 men, ages 20 to 60
     3 women, ages 20 to 60

Cast needed for secondary roles:
     2 Lawyers, a television reporter, a television camera person, a character called "stage manager" and    several persons for a crowd of "devotees". These roles can be any combination of men or women.

A piece will be provided to read.

Performances will be held at Cite des Arts the first two weekends of March. Rehearsals will begin Sunday, January 24th.

WHEN:
     Sunday, January 17th from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm
     Monday, January 18th from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm

WHERE:
     Cité des Arts, 109 Vine St., Downtown Lafayette, between Jefferson St. & Third St.
