Summer Camps 2011
At the Hop: June 6-10, Ages 4-8, 2:30-3:30p.m.; Ages 9 and up 9a.m.-2p.m. Campers will learn basic singing skills and simple choreography to music from the 1950’s. A culminating performance will be held at 7p.m. on June 10, 2011. Camp will be held at Firelight Performing Arts Academy, 501 Church Street, Youngsville, LA. Broadway Bound: June 20-24; Ages 4-8, 2:30-3:30p.m.; Ages 9 and up 9a.m.-2p.m. Campers will learn basic singing skills and simple choreography to music from the Broadway stage. Fractured Fairy Tales: Ages 5-8; July 18-29. Campers will learn acting, dancing, and singing skills along with memorization techniques while working on the musical production Fractured Fairy Tales. Tom Sawyer: Ages 9 and up; July 11-29. Campers will learn acting, dancing, and singing skills along with memorization techniques while working on the musical production Tom Sawyer.
